Nick Hadley - Business Development Director

Although recently part of the Kudos Web team, Nick has been in the IT world for many years. His focus is on ensuring that our clients get full business benefit from their web presence. In addition to his passion for business development, Nick brings his experience in website technology, Content Management Systems and project management.

Outside working hours, Nick is a committed Rotarian, keen sailor and teaches violin lessons.

Sue Hadley - Accounts and Administration

Sue deals with all our invoicing, finances, payments and accounts. If a number includes a dollar sign in front of it, the chances are that Sue is responsible.

Any spare time left over with Nick is spent in a futile attempt to control weeds on their country section.

Hayley Farnworth - Senior Graphic / Web Designer

Hayley joined Kudos Web in October 2001 as Web Designer.

Hayley has over eight years' experience as a graphic artist, web designer and project manager. She has a certificate in Graphic Design and Production from Auckland Institute of Technology where she passed computer studies with distinction.



Barbara van Hove - Web Designer

Barbara has many years of business experience - 12 years of which have been involved in the international aviation industry, marketing and managing commercial passenger aircraft.

Barbara decided to change her career focus and started working with Kudos in September 2003 as Project Manager. Her first year gave her a good introduction into the industry and the company.

Barbara's interest in the creative side of the business lead her to develop her skills further to become a fully fledged web designer. She committed to furthering her knowledge by formalising her skills and recently completed a Diploma of Digital Media at Media Design School. Barbara now contracts as a Web Designer to Kudos.


Daniel Drupsteen - Database Developer and ColdFusion Programmer

Daniel has been designing web sites for several years and has been a contractor for Kudos web design since completing his Diploma in E-commerce and Certificate in Advanced Computing and Web Design in November 2001.

Having specialised in ColdFusion programming, Daniel's skills in both front- and back-end design and development make him a unique and valued resource. These talents were recognised when he won the 2002 TUANZ award for Innovation in E-commerce.


Lee Kretschmar - Graphic Designer and Pre-Press Artist

Lee has been working in the graphic design industry for 19 years and has contracted to Kudos web design for the last five years.

She graduated with a diploma in Visual Communication Design from Wellington Polytechnics's School of Design and since then has worked in a variety of design and pre-press positions before starting her own freelance business in 1998.

Lee's extensive knowledge of colour systems, fonts and the printing process make her a valuable part of our graphic design and print management services.


Graham Simpson - Programming and Hosting Consultant

Graham is a vastly-experienced programmer specialising in VB and database applications. Graham discovered the exciting opportunities presented by the ColdFusion web application software in 1999 and has rapidly adapted and developed his skills in that area.

Graham has been a ColdFusion and Hosting Consultant for Kudos web design since June 1999 and has been the specialist programmer for numerous dynamic web sites we have built.
